— AFA and VNU-UEB Successfully Co-Host a Forum with 20 Japanese CEOs
On May 19, 2025, the Asia Future Association (AFA) and the VNU University of Economics and Business (VNU-UEB) jointly organized a special international forum titled “Bridging Vietnam and Japan Through Professional Journeys” in Hanoi.
This wide-reaching international event welcomed 20 CEOs from leading Japanese companies across diverse sectors—banking, technology, manufacturing, consulting, and more—who engaged in in-depth discussions with professors, students, and young researchers of VNU-UEB. The forum served not only as a platform for advancing Vietnam–Japan people-to-people and economic cooperation, but also as a stepping stone toward sustainable and inclusive development across Asia.
Under key themes such as “Future Careers and Human Capital Development,” “Innovation and Entrepreneurship,” and “Corporate Social Responsibility,” the forum encouraged dynamic and multilayered exchange. Students actively posed questions and offered perspectives, creating a truly interactive space for mutual learning. This direct dialogue fostered meaningful connections between the academic and corporate sectors and laid the groundwork for future internships, joint research, and collaborative projects.
